jjbd Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the jjbd platform. This document is considered a legally binding agreement between you and jjbd.

Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out all legal provisions applicable to the use of the jjbd platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are fully agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Applicability of Terms

jjbd ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms apply to the jjbd website and all associated services.

Any access to or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

jjbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with little or no prior notice. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the relevant legal framework for their interpretation, enforcement, and the resolution of any disputes. Users are fully responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country. Using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

  • To participate on jjbd, users must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone below this age limit is not permitted to use the platform.
  • Each individual may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in their immediate closure.
  • Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use jjbd.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jjbd may request official documents to verify a user's identity at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

jjbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to pass verification may result in permanent account closure.

Providing false or incomplete information may lead to account cancellation and forfeiture of the associated balance.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone.

If unauthorized access to an account occurs or is suspected, jjbd support must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for all activity until notification is given.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

jjbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Providing false information
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Bonus abuse or system manipulation

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jjbd is ৳200. Amounts below this cannot be deposited.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited funds must come only from the account registered at the time of sign-up. Using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Amounts below this cannot be withdrawn.

Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or additional security checks are required.

Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.

jjbd reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Please note: Bonus funds must meet the required wagering conditions before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details). The original deposit can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jjbd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000 (maximum cap applies)

The bonus applies only once on the first deposit and will be credited to the account automatically.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

c

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

Bets on certain games may contribute fully or partially toward the wagering calculation. Contact support for details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
  • Whether bonus points, cashback, or other rewards can be converted to cash will be determined by the terms of that specific offer.
  • If bonus abuse is detected — such as placing strategic bets to avoid meeting bonus conditions — the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • jjbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play and Technology

All games on jjbd are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely fair and unpredictable. The platform operates on fair play principles.

All gaming activities — including slots, casino table games, live dealer games, and sports betting — are governed by these Terms.

6.2 Betting Limits and Rules

  • Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed in the game interface.
  • If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network disruption, the platform's log records will be considered final.
  • In live sports betting, the odds offered before the final result is announced may change.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to server errors, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, jjbd will determine the outcome based on system logs. jjbd is not responsible for issues arising from the user's device or connection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Fraud and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Strategic betting intended to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
  • Use of any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods
  • Attempting to hack accounts or steal another user's information
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Use of third-party funds or money laundering activities
  • Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jjbd platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of jjbd or its licensed partners.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of jjbd is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Liability

The jjbd platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. No guarantee is given for uninterrupted service or freedom from errors.

jjbd is not liable for losses caused by technical reasons, cyberattacks, Force Majeure, or third-party failures.

jjbd bears no responsibility for any financial losses a user may incur from gaming activity. Responsibility for gambling addiction or financial loss lies entirely with the user.

10. Privacy

10.1 Data Collection and Protection

jjbd collects, stores, and processes users' personal data. Details on how this information is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

jjbd uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data and transactions secure. Data will only be shared with third parties in the circumstances described in the privacy policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Protection Tools

jjbd takes responsible gaming seriously. Users can make use of the following tools:

  • Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount for a specified time period
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspending your account for a fixed or indefinite period

12. Dispute Resolution

Upon receiving a complaint, jjbd will review it within a reasonable time and attempt to resolve it. Additional information may be requested if needed.

System logs, server records, and transaction history will be considered as final evidence. Screenshots or information provided by the user will not be treated as primary evidence.

13. Changes to Terms and Termination

13.1 Changes to Terms

jjbd may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. Users are advised to check this page regularly.

13.2 Termination of Agreement

A user may request to close their account at any time. Upon requesting account closure, any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements remain unmet) will be returned through the designated method. The provisions of Sections 7, 8, and 9 will remain in effect even after the agreement ends.
